In order to keep things simple for you and me, I ask that anything you want posted on the web site be sent to me as follows:
1) Photos -- send them if you wish. They will probably NOT be posted. The bandwidth limitations of the web site preclude graphics intensive material.

2) Announcements:
Please send these as MS Word documents or as text files. I can't read Word Perfect files.

3) Time sensitive material requires at least one week of lead time. If you send me a dance list on Wednesday for a dance that is taking place on Thursday, I won't post it. Nobody will have a chance to read it. If you send it to me the previous Thursday, I will post it, if I am in a position to get to a computer.

Note: These may sound like some kind of tyrranical rules. They aren't. They are simple good manners.
I have operated this web site at my own expense for almost seven years now. It does not belong to the branch. It belongs to me. I try to make it as useful to the branch as possible.
